UPDATE!!! is “The first iPad DJ? kinda…” a FAKE?

UPDATE!!! After watching this video more closely, I think it might be a a fake to gain promotion for this girl for the iPad. You can watch the video on the origional post and see how its all hooked up here: "The first iPad DJ? kinda...". So what is the basis of my claim? I think this screen shot below says it all, but read on...

I guess it depends on what your definition of DJing is. If you are thinking Two Turntables (or CDJ's), then you would be wrong. If you are thinking of a plethora of music making apps sort-of working together, then you would be more correct. She is doing something though! More info and video after the jump.

DJ Hero Review PS3, by a Real DJ

Last October, Activision released DJ Hero for the Play Station 3, X-Box 360, and the Wii. It recently went on sale at Toys R Us, so i decided to pick up a copy out of curiosity. Is this game like real DJing? How does the controller actually relate to the feel of a mixer and turntables? I must say, Activision has some of the biggest DJs backing this, so it must to be good right? Read-on and lets see...

Scratch Live 2.0 full version, now available

The wait is over, no more buggy 2.0 beta. The full Scratch Live 2.0 is now available to download at Scratch Live's Forum page. It is free if you already own the software. Rane put this out early last week and quietly announced it on their site, no e-blast. But that is ok because there is a laundry list of new features. This is the biggest update in years and the upgrade inclused different ways to view your library, smart crates, and the big one; DJ Effects. All of the new features are listed and a video explaining the features after the jump:
